To all distinguished delegates, ASPA members, and esteemed guests,
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the 28th ASPA Annual Conference.
Organized in collaboration with the Regional Science Parks, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and the Thai Business Incubators and Science Parks Association (THAI-BISPA), Thailand Science Park is honored to be the host for this prestigious event, to be held from November 3–6, 2025, at Millennium Hilton Bangkok Hotel, Thailand.
The theme for this year is “The Role of Science and Technology Parks in Facilitating Corporates on the ESG Journey” This conference will bring together leaders from science parks, government, academia, and industry to discuss the role of science and technology parks in enabling ESG-focused innovation and responsible growth.
Thailand, as one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic innovation hubs, offers a unique intersection of advanced infrastructure, rich cultural heritage, and forward-thinking policy. Strategically located at the heart of ASEAN, the country is a gateway to emerging markets and cross-border collaboration. Our strong government commitment to sustainability, digital transformation, and deep-tech development makes Thailand a compelling destination for global innovation.
Established as the country’s first and largest science and technology park, Thailand Science Park is home to over 120 leading R&D-driven companies and world-class research institutes under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). With a strong ecosystem that integrates academia, startups, corporates, and government, we act as a national engine for science-based economic growth and technology commercialization.
Over the course of four days, participants will engage in high-impact discussions, explore successful innovation models, and build meaningful partnerships. The city of Bangkok, with its blend of tradition and modernity, provides an ideal setting for fostering regional dialogue on sustainable innovation.
On behalf of the organizing committee, I warmly invite you to join us in Bangkok for this landmark event. Let us come together to shape the future of science parks and innovation ecosystems in Asia—guided by purpose, progress, and ESG principles.
We look forward to welcoming you to Thailand.
