Hosted by Thailand Science Park, in collaboration with Regional Science Parks and the Thai Business Incubators and Science Parks Association (Thai-BISPA), this landmark event brings together science park leaders, corporations, tech entrepreneurs, researchers, and investors from across Asia and beyond.
Under the theme : “The Role of Science and Technology Parks in Facilitating
Corporates on the ESG Journey” the conference will explore how science and technology parks can become powerful catalysts for ESG transformation—fostering innovation, driving meaningful impact, and supporting sustainable growth.

Thailand Science Park is deeply honored to serve as the main host of the 28th ASPA Annual Conference, taking place from 3rd to 6th November in the vibrant city of Bangkok.
Established in 2002 under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Thailand Science Park is the country’s largest and fully-integrated research and development hub. As home to five national research centers, we play a central role in fostering collaboration among researchers, entrepreneurs, industry, and government. Together with our co-hosts the Regional Science Parks and the Thai Business Incubators and Science Parks Association (Thai-BISPA), we are proud to welcome you to this important gathering of innovation leaders from across Asia and beyond.
This year’s conference theme, “The Role of Science and Technology Parks in Facilitating Corporates on the ESG Journey,” speaks to the shared responsibility we carry as science and technology parks—not only to support innovation, but to guide it toward sustainable and inclusive impact. As we come together to exchange ideas, form partnerships, and explore new directions, we are reminded of the strength that lies in cross-border collaboration and collective purpose.
