How to Register
To complete the registration for the 28th ASPA International Conference, participants must complete 7 stages, including login, selecting the conference from the list, agreeing to terms, and filling out the required information, along with a few additional touchpoints that need to be carefully followed to ensure the registration is fully finalized.
1. Access the Registration Page
- Website: Visit www.aspa2025.com and click the “Register” button.
- QR Code: Scan the QR code found on official event posters or communications (e.g., brochures, emails, or social media).
2. Sign In via NSTDA SSO Platform
- New Users: The participant signs up for an account. Google login is highly recommended for a seamless experience, though other options are available.
- Thailand Science Park Members: The participant should login with current credentials
Note: The participant must create or verify their account carefully, as this login will be used for all future conference interactions.
3. Select the Conference
After logging in, the participant will see a list of events. The participant locates and selects 28th ASPA Annual Conference 2025 from the dropdown or event list to proceed.
4. Consent and Privacy Notice
- The participant should verify the form’s heading to ensure they are in the correct system.
- The participant responds to each question based on personal preferences, except for Question 4, which is mandatory and must be accepted to proceed.
Once all required responses are completed, the participant clicks “Next” to continue.
5. Fill Out Required Information
The participant completes the registration form with accurate details, including Personal Information, Professional Details, Payment Information
Pro Tip: The participant should double-check their information for accuracy to avoid issues with badges or event access.
6. Confirm Registration Details
The participant reviews all information entered in the previous sections, displayed for verification. The participant should carefully check all details for accuracy and click “Register Now” to confirm and proceed to the next stage.
7. Registration Successful
- At the same time, a confirmation email from ASPA secretariat will be sent to the participant’s e-mail address provided in the early section.
- This pop-up confirms that participant registration has been completed successfully.
- Click “OK” to be redirected to the main registration page of NSTDA.
8. Registration Information Overview
On this page:
- The Conference ID / Participant ID will be displayed below the Identity verification QR code.
- Several action buttons will be available for further interaction (e.g., conference period, Venue, Registration fee, resend confirmation, exit button, etc.).
- In addition to the options “Exit” and ” Resend Confirmation Email”. Clicking “Exit” to redirect to the Conference List page for further checking.
Confirming of enrollment & Registration confirmed E-mail
To check the registered conference:
- Locate the conference details in the table below called “Registered Event”.
- Verify the following information: (Conference Name: 28th ASPA Annual Conference 2025 /Date of Conference: 3–6 November 2025 / Registration Date & Registration Status)
At the same time, participants will receive a confirmation email from the ASPA Secretariat with the subject “28th ASPA Annual Conference 2025 – Registration Received” via the NSTDA mail system. This email will:
- Notify the participant of the duration within which they will receive a payment link for the next stage.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 28th Asian Science Park Association (ASPA) Annual Conference 2025 website and your registration to attend the conference held in Thailand from 3rd–6th November 2025 By accessing the website or registering for the Conference, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Website Terms of Use
1.1. Use of the Site
This website is provided to facilitate information, updates, and registration for ASPA 2025. All users must use the site in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
1.2. Intellectual Property
All content including text, graphics, logos, design elements, videos, and downloadable materials are the property of the ASPA 2025 Host Committee or its partners, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
1.3. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality.
- Use false information or impersonate another person.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its back-end systems.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. ASPA 2025 website is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
2. Registration Terms
2.1. Registration Confirmation
Upon completion and payment of the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received in full.
2.2. Payment & Invoicing
All fees must be paid via the official payment channels listed on the registration portal. Bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the attendee.
2.3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Before or On 2 October 2025: 50% refund of registration fee (after administrative deduction).
- After 2 October 2025: No refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to aspa2025@nstda.or.th
All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the conclusion of ASPA 2025.
2.4. Substitution Policy
Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost until 2 October 2025. Just email us the new participant’s details.
2.5. Program Changes
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the agenda, speakers, sessions, and venue if necessary. All efforts will be made to notify registered attendees of significant changes.
2.6. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event of a full cancellation of the Conference due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), ASPA 2025 will refund the registration fee minus any non-recoverable expenses. ASPA is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
3.1. Personal Data Collection
We collect and store personal data during registration (e.g., name, email, phone,institution, dietary needs) for the purpose of organizing and delivering the Conference. Data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties except for official service providers.
3.2. Photography and Media
By attending the Conference, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Images may be used in post-event materials, promotional campaigns, and social media. Please inform the registration desk if you prefer not to be photographed.
4. Code of Conduct
- Treat all participants with respect and professionalism.
- Discriminatory or harassing behavior will not be tolerated.
- Violations may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Yes, discounted early bird rates are available before 30 September 2025.
We offer two registration categories based on membership status:

The participants can request an official invitation letter after completing registration by contacting the ASPA 2025 Secretariat at aspa2025@nstda.or.th or leave the messages from our chatbot. That letter can assist with the visa application. However, we strongly recommend checking with the local Thai embassy or consulate for specific visa requirements and processing times.
