ASPA is an international non-governmental organization established in Japan in 1997 for the purpose of accomplishing joint development in the fields of scientific technology, industry and economy in the Asian region.
The 28th ASPA Annual Conference 2025 theme is: “The Role of Science and Technology Parks in Facilitating Corporates on the ESG Journey.”

The official language of the conference is English.

Yes. From 1 May 2025, all foreign arrivals—whether visa exempt or not—must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online at least 72 hours before arrival. Don’t use unofficial sites; the official portal is free and secure

การลงทะเบียนแบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท ตามสถานการณ์เป็นสมาชิก ดังนี้

อัตราค่าลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้า (Early Bird) จะต้องดำเนินการภายในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2568 ส่วนอัตราค่าลงทะเบียนแบบปกติ จะเปิดรับถึงวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2568 ทั้งนี้ ขอแนะนำให้คุณลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้า (Early Bird) เพื่อเป็นการยืนยันการสำรองที่นั่งและได้รับส่วนลดพิเศษ
โดยสามารถศึกษารายละเอียดการชำระเงินค่าลงทะเบียน ข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ได้จาก [ลงทะเบียน]
เมื่อคุณลงทะเบียนจะได้รับสิทธิ์ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ดังนี้

เมื่อชำระเงินค่าลงทะเบียนเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว คุณจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ทั้งนี้ หากไม่ได้รับอีเมล ขอความกรุณาตรวจสอบในโฟลเดอร์ Spam หรืออีเมลขยะ หรือติดต่อผู้จัดงานทาง aspa2025@nstda.or.th.
สามารถยกเลิกได้ โดยมีเงื่อนไข ดังนี้
- ก่อนวันที่ 2 ตุลาคม 2568: ได้รับเงินคืน 50%
- หลังวันที่ 3 ตุลาคม 2568: ไม่สามารถขอเงินคืนได้
คำขอยกเลิกทั้งหมดต้องแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร โดยสามารถส่งมาทางอีเมล aspa2025@nstda.or.th
การพิจารณาอนุมัติคืนเงินตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดจะดำเนินการภายใน 60 วัน หลังการประชุม ASPA 2025 สิ้นสุดลงแล้ว
นอกจากนี้ ผู้จัดงานอนุญาตให้เปลี่ยนแปลงผู้เข้าร่วมงาน/โอนสิทธิ์การลงทะเบียนให้ผู้อื่นได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม โดยการแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรทางอีเมล ภายในวันที่ 2 ตุลาคม 2568
สามารถทำได้หลังจากผู้เข้าร่วมลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว โดยติดต่อฝ่ายเลขาการจัดงาน ASPA 2025 ได้ทาง aspa2025@nstda.or.th หรือส่งข้อความผ่านช่องสนทนา (chatbot) อย่างไรก็ตาม ขอแนะนำให้คุณตรวจสอบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไข รวมถึงระยะเวลาการดำเนินการออก VISA จากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทยหรือสถานกงสุลใหญ่ไทยในต่างประเทศ เพื่อความถูกต้อง
ผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้รับใบกำกับภาษี (Tax Invoice) ได้หลังจากชำระเงินค่าลงทะเบียนเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทั้งนี้ หากประสงค์จะขอใบกำกับภาษีในนามหน่วยงาน โปรดติดต่อผู้จัดงาน เพื่อแจ้งรายละเอียดที่ต้องการให้ระบุในเอกสารดังกล่าวต่อไป
