Jigme Tashi Namgyal is the CEO and Co-Founder of Jaggle AI Private Limited, a Bhutan-based AI solutions company pioneering the integration of Gross National Happiness (GNH) values into project management, governance, and wellbeing analytics. His work combines artificial intelligence, innovation strategy, and human development, helping organizations move from task-based tracking to outcome and wellbeing-centered performance management.

With global experience spanning the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and Switzerland, Jigme has led cross-functional teams and developed AI, fintech, and blockchain products. Beginning his tech career at just 19, he became the youngest software engineer at SELISE Bhutan, later serving as Technical Lead in Japan, Senior Blockchain Developer in South Korea, and Product Lead in the United States.

Jigme’s achievements have been recognized both nationally and internationally. He is the recipient of Bhutan’s National Student Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Quarterfinalist at Global Student Entrepreneur awards and multiple national hackathon titles. Under his leadership, Jaggle AI was selected for the prestigious K-Startup Grand Challenge in South Korea, highlighting its growing global footprint in responsible and inclusive AI innovation.
