เรียน ผู้แทนจากประเทศสมาชิก ASPA แขกผู้มีเกียรติ และพันธมิตรด้านนวัตกรรมทุกท่าน
ผมในนามตัวแทน ASPA รู้สึกยินดีอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ต้อนรับทุกท่านสู่การประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ ASPA Annual Conference ครั้งที่ 28 ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 3–6 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2568 ณ กรุงเทพมหานคร ประเทศไทย
การประชุมในครั้งนี้จัดโดย อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ประเทศไทย ร่วมกับ อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาค และ สมาคมหน่วยบ่มเพาะธุรกิจและอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ไทย (Thai-BISPA) โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเปิดเวทีให้กับผู้นำจากอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ ภาคธุรกิจ เทคสตาร์ทอัพ นักวิจัย และนักลงทุนจากทั่วเอเชียและนานาประเทศ ได้มาพบปะ แลกเปลี่ยน และต่อยอดความร่วมมืออย่างสร้างสรรค์
Under the theme : “The Role of Science and Technology Parks in Facilitating
Corporates on the ESG Journey” the conference will explore how science and technology parks can become powerful catalysts for ESG transformation—fostering innovation, driving meaningful impact, and supporting sustainable growth.
กรุงเทพมหานคร เมืองหลวงของไทยที่มีทั้งเสน่ห์ทางวัฒนธรรมและระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมที่เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง จะเป็นเวทีแห่งการแลกเปลี่ยนวิสัยทัศน์ จุดประกายแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ และเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาคโดยไร้พรมแดน

Thailand Science Park is deeply honored to serve as the main host of the 28th ASPA Annual Conference, taking place from 3rd to 6th November in the vibrant city of Bangkok.
Established in 2002 under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Thailand Science Park is the country’s largest and fully-integrated research and development hub. As home to five national research centers, we play a central role in fostering collaboration among researchers, entrepreneurs, industry, and government. Together with our co-hosts the Regional Science Parks and the Thai Business Incubators and Science Parks Association (Thai-BISPA), we are proud to welcome you to this important gathering of innovation leaders from across Asia and beyond.
This year’s conference theme, “The Role of Science and Technology Parks in Facilitating Corporates on the ESG Journey,” speaks to the shared responsibility we carry as science and technology parks—not only to support innovation, but to guide it toward sustainable and inclusive impact. As we come together to exchange ideas, form partnerships, and explore new directions, we are reminded of the strength that lies in cross-border collaboration and collective purpose.
It is a genuine privilege to host the ASPA community here in Thailand. We hope your time in Bangkok is both enriching and inspiring, and that this conference sparks meaningful connections and bold new ideas for the future.
